Delete your account

Countryball Defenders, on the website and in the Android app by Insoola Games. Two taps, and ur save is gone for good.

Delete it in the game

It works the same in the Android app and on the website, and it takes a few seconds:

  1. Open Countryball Defenders and tap ur ball at the top to open ur profile.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Under Ur save, tap Delete account.
  4. Read what goes, then tap Delete and Delete forever.

Ur save is deleted at once, on every phone it was open on.

Or ask us to delete it

Can't open the game anymore? Write to ben@insoola.org with ur player name and ur player ID (Settings shows it; the friend code on ur profile works too). We may ask for something that shows the save is yours, like a purchase receipt. We delete it within 30 days and write back when it is done.

What gets deleted

  • Ur save: ur player name, nation, stages, stars, balls, cards, coins, gems, looks and quests.
  • The keys that open it on ur phones, and the link to ur Google account if u made one.
  • Ur chat messages, private messages, friends, blocks, gifts, likes and reports.
  • Ur places on the ranks, in the Hall of Fame and in the Solar Trial.
  • Ur daily ping addresses, the IP addresses ur save played from, and its battle and game event records.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Purchase records: the order number, the item, the price and the date, without ur name or player ID, for as long as tax and accounting laws ask (up to 10 years). Gems and items u bought are deleted with the save and are not refunded.
  • Moderation notes: if a moderator acted on ur save (a mute or a ban), the note of what they did, so the rules stay fair. An address banned for cheating stays banned.
  • Daily totals (like how many battles were played that day): they never name anyone.
  • Older copies in our private backups stay locked away, and we never use them to bring a deleted save back.

Google keeps its own records of purchases made through Google Play, under its own privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy has the whole story.
